Delete Your Account

Instructions on how to permanently remove your FitMachine BoxPro account and data.

We understand that you may decide to permanently delete your FitMachine BoxPro account. If you choose to proceed, please note that this action is irreversible.

Warning: Irreversible Action

Proceeding will result in the permanent removal of your account, membership records, payment history, and all associated business data. This cannot be undone.

You can request the deletion of your account in two ways:

Option 1: Email Request

You can initiate the account deletion process directly by contacting us via email. Please ensure you send the email from the address associated with your FitMachine account so we can verify your identity.

Option 2: In-App Request

You can also request deletion directly from inside the BoxPro Studio app:

Open the BoxPro Studio app.
Navigate to the Account screen.
Access the Config section.
Tap Delete Account to confirm your request.
